The second phase of Atlas along 5th Avenue is closer to completion.  Here are some updated pictures of the complex.

Located in Mission Hills on Fort Stockton Drive, between Goldfinch Street and Falcon Street is the site for 1 Mission, currently under construction.  In what used to be a parking lot, 1 Mission appears to be a mixed-use building, with the retail space being leased by CBRE.

D.R. Horton’s Atlas Hillcrest is a new condo development in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego.  Split into two buildings between Fourth and Fifth Avenues and Pennsylvania Avenue, Atlas Hillcrest contains a variety of one and two bedroom layouts.  There are a total of 140 units in this development, 65 in the first building and 75 in the second.

A collection of nine contemporary rowhomes, Paloma Nuevo is located on Dove Street, at the cusp of Hillcrest and Mission Hills in San Diego.  Each unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is at least 1,430 sq. ft, with a two car garage and a low HOA of $91.

Currently, all eight rowhomes have sold (they were listed from $520,000 – $570,000), with the live/work space still available.

Deca has been completed and some units are occupied.  Below are some new pictures of Deca.
