1 Mission

Located in Mission Hills on Fort Stockton Drive, between Goldfinch Street and Falcon Street is the site for 1 Mission, currently under construction.  In what used to be a parking lot, 1 Mission appears to be a mixed-use building, with the retail space being leased by CBRE.

Details are few, but we’ll post more when we get them.  In the meantime, enjoy the pictures below.

Atlas

D.R. Horton’s Atlas Hillcrest is a new condo development in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego.  Split into two buildings between Fourth and Fifth Avenues and Pennsylvania Avenue, Atlas Hillcrest contains a variety of one and two bedroom layouts.  There are a total of 140 units in this development, 65 in the first building and 75 in the second.

The Atlas Hillcrest Community features:

Paloma Nuevo
